How to use Latisse after 4 months?

Thank you for your question.It is possibly that by 16 weeks you have reached your maximum result. Your lashes will continue there normal shedding cycle, so continuing the use of Latisse is required to keep lashes at your desired goal. Once you have achieved the length of lashes desired, you can use latisse every other or every third night for maintenance. To be sure, see two or more board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have treatment.I hope this helps.

You could try using as directed for an additional 1-2 months, if you see no further improvement you could go down to using it every other night as up keep. 

Thank you for your question. Some patients continue to see results after 4 months of continuous use. Consistent use of Latisse may provide thicker fuller lashes, once you have reached the desired length use Latisse every other night.  

I agree with the previous answer than you are probably seeing your maximum results after 4 months.  After 4 months, I recommend continuing to apply Latisse every other night in order to maintain the density, color and length of your lashes. Good luck!

Hi GGP.  Generally speaking, most patients will achieve the full benefit of Latisse after 16 weeks (4 months).  With that said, you could try using it every day until 6 months just to make sure you have achieved optimal results.  After that time, many of our patients are able to cut down to using the product every other day to maintain their results.  Have fun with Latisse, it's an excellent product.

At the four-month
time period using Latisse, you have probably seen the maximum results.
Continued use is what is recommended to maintain these results, and many people
find with continued use, continued improvement. As well, many people try to use
Latisse less often after they receive what are their maximum results. The
recommendation is to continue this medicine on a daily basis but many patients
have found that they are able to reduce the use of Latisse to every other day
to maintain their results but this will vary from patient to patient.

If you have reached the four month mark and are interested in seeing even more results, try continuing the product use daily. Remember, this medicine was originally a treatment for glaucoma and the longer, fuller eyelashes were a "side effect." Folks who were using the medicine for glaucoma were often using it daily and my ophthalmology colleagues tell me they would sometimes even have to trim lashes because they would grow so long! Once you hit maintenance mode, I recommend 3 days/week.
