I broke my nose as a child. Cartilage is coming out of my nose.

Recently 3 small pieces of cartilage have come out of my nose, it is painful up by the bridge to the left, also the left eye is painful and a pain goes up into my head that side occasionally. What should I do, is it possible this is due to the 65 year old injury ?
