I had smartlipo done 3 days ago to my full abs, flanks, thighs and knees under general anesthesia. Why am I in severe pain?

I am on Vicodin 300mg, Ketorolac 10mg Methocarbamol 500mg, Arnica pills and Cipro 500mg and in severe pain. I can't stand up fully, I have to walk hunched or there are 3 places that give a shocking, burning sensation that brings me to tears and yelling in pain. I saw my surgeon yesterday and he said I was fine. Very swollen and bruised but ok. They gave me a shot to help the swelling. Today I am no better. Why am I getting severe burning? I feel like I will pull something if I stand up straight.

When patients have liposuction done under general anesthesia their surgeons are often much more aggressive than when the patients are awake.  They also tend to use less tumescent anesthesia (or none at all) which dramatically reduces bleeding and bruising.  As a result patients are much more uncomfortable after the surgery, although they didn't feel anything during the procedure.  Most of what you are experiencing will significantly improve over the next few days.  
I hope that was a type when you wrote Vicodin 300mg, since that is more like an entire bottle's worth of pain medication, not a single dose.
