Scar revision/dog ears - any nonsurgical methods that will help? (Photos)

So I've had scar revision surgery twice same result. I have now mild dog ears from a 5mm incision on my cheek under my eye is there anything that can help blend that in without any more cutting?

If you've had scar revision surgery twice with similar outcomes and are now left with mild "dog ears" or puckering from a small incision on your cheek, there are still non-surgical options that may help improve the appearance. I recommend CO2 laser resurfacing, which can significantly improve skin texture and help blend in the edges of scars or irregularities without additional cutting. This treatment works by removing the outer layers of damaged skin and stimulating collagen production in the deeper layers, which can smooth out contour irregularities and reduce the appearance of scarring. CO2 laser resurfacing is particularly effective for fine lines, textural concerns, and mild scar asymmetry, especially in delicate areas like under the eye. I hope this helps and best of luck!

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser.  Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.
