I had liposuction over a year ago and one leg was overly liposuctioned leaving the skin scarred down to the muscle with no fat in between. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Can the skin be "untethered" and a thin layer of fat tranfered there to create a cushion? I have addressed this with my plastic surgeon who denies that anything is wrong, so obviously I am seeking to fix this with a different surgeon. I am very distraught and any insight or recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you.

Answer: Skin scarred down to muscle 1 year after liposuction?
The only explanation for a decease on breast size after liposuction of the abdomen would be further weight loss and subsequent loss in volume in the breast. We can't guess as to why your breast seems smaller when nothing was done.

I would certainly discuss these issues with your plastic surgeon. These symptoms may or may not be related to liposuction. There are other causes of these symptoms such as disc disease of the lower spine etc. You may ultimately need to be seen by a neurologist or a spinal surgeon.
