I am planning on having upper muscle repair. Will my skin sag? (Photo)

Will be having upper muscle repair I normally look skinny but sometimes I look super extended from the top dr said no removal of skin just open re-suture and close will my skin sag or will it stick back together he will open around 6inches enough room for him to go inside and re do everything but I don't want to end up looking saggy HELP!
