A Knife Stab Stitch Scar in my Face is Getting Itchy, Bulgy and Bigger. After 1 Year and 9 Months? (photo)

Scar excision and layered skin and tissue closure will dramatically improve these abdominal scars from surgery.

I would begin with IIT, pressure treatment, and laser for the chest keloids. I have treated countless chest keloids and believe that this represents the best long and short term treatment.

In my practice, I would focus on the prominence of the bulky lip tissue and the white scar on the mucosa.  Both can be corrected or improved with surgical excision and layered closure. 

Scar excision and layered closure will help even out this lip scar and make it less noticeable.  I would combine this treatment with laser scar treatment.
