sir,a knife stab stich scare in my face is getting itchy, bulgy and bigger. after 1 year and 9 months. Please advice me on what to do to stop the scare growing bulgy and start getting flat. It doesnt pain me. but it itches me sometimes.

With the limitations associated with viewing the photo via the internet it appears as if your scar should improve with a scar revision procedure.  It is best to see a plastic surgeon for this procedure who has experience with scar revisions.  Most likely this procedure can be performed...

I would begin with IIT, pressure treatment, and laser for the chest keloids. I have treated countless chest keloids and believe that this represents the best long and short term treatment.

This is a red and depressed scar that can be improved by either scar revision surgery, pulsed dye laser, fractional co2, and percutaneous scar release.  I perform all of these in combination to improve scars of the forehead.
