Can Sinusitis cause Dandruff?

Hi I have sinusitis.I cough everyday. And I have terrible dandruff which does not go even after I have used several products. I wanted to know if sinusitis and dandruff are somehow related? How do I get a permanent solution from this?

All tobacco products should be avoided after surgery.  With that understood, it's unlikely you caused any problems if you only did it one time.  Be sure to check in with your sinus surgeon to assess how you are healing.  Best of luck.
