I had a fat transfer from abdomen to breast 7 months ago. My upper abs have a lumpy area where i think some fat was missed. What is the best approach? My dr is suggesting in office liposuction awake. He said he will use a small cannula near my rib area. I am wary of the scar this might leave since its visible in swimwear. What are the chances it will look worse?
