Hello, and thank you for your question. Based on your photo, it appears your nose can undergo refinement of the dorsal line and an enhancement of the nasal tip to make the nose look slimmer and sharper. An overall facial evaluation is necessary to know what changes could and should be made to produce facial harmony and balance. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with a strong ethnic rhinoplasty portfolio. Such experts will have a thorough understanding of different facial structures and aesthetics across all races and can produce results that improve the patient’s nose while still maintaining their ethnic identity. During your consultation, your surgeon will examine your nose and facial profile, discuss surgery options, address all your concerns about the surgery, and ensure the best possible outcome.
The best way to determine what specific changes will look good on your face, and what changes are surgically possible, is to do your research to find the top rhinoplasty specialists and consult with several of them in person. During your consultation, your photos can be computer-morphed to show how the changes to your nose will affect your appearance. A rhinoplasty specialist will have the experience to determine whether the morphed images are surgically attainable. @asianrhinoplasty @drdonyoo

Yes, I think you have a slight hump nose. Although the radix looks lower than ideal, you clearly have a convex bridge. If you are too self conscious about this matter, you can have your hump lowered, radix slightly raised and your tip can be slightly augmented. Thanks.
