Concerned about "Avatar nose" - do I need to dissolve my nose filler? (photos)

Hi! I had nose filler twice with the last being on December 2019. I have read about the possibility of Avatar nose and i am concerned if i may be having it or not. Do I already need to dissolve my nose filler?
