The best way to determine what specific changes will look good on your face, and what changes are surgically possible, is to do your research to find the top rhinoplasty specialists and consult with several of them in person. During your consultation, your photos can be computer-morphed to show how the changes to your nose will affect your appearance. A rhinoplasty specialist will have the experience to determine whether the morphed images are surgically attainable. If surgery is not an option for you, nonsurgical rhinoplasty can be used to reshape the nose by adding volume to the nose with dermal filler. Good luck! @drdonyoo
Hello and thank you for your question and the pictures. Addressing the shape of your nose (especially the nasal tip) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any functional issues with your nose. I would be able to adjust the size, shape, and definition of your nose (particularly the tip)! This truly a surgery of millimeters- and whether you're looking for a minor adjustment or a major transformation, it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve functional and natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. I hope this helps!Dr. Donald GrovesAesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Hello and thank you for your question. Unfortunately no, nose filler would not address your concerns, and the best option to achieve your goals is surgery. It sounds like your biggest concern is your bulbous and slightly drooping tip, as you mentioned. This is due to the underlying anatomy...
Since your filler procedure is almost 4 years old, is it possible that somebody used a permanent filler? If that is the case, redness around the area injected may be improved upon utilizing laser treatments or intense pulsed light treatments. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
