Red and dry after nose filler - what are my options? (photos)

Hello, I had nonsurgical nose enhancement in July 2020 however, since then my nose is very dry, my skin is not what it used to be and this particularly evident when I wear make up especially foundation. The application is not smooth. Also. The centre of my nose remains red and my blood vessels show now at the top

A thread lift is safe for use in the nose. Unfortunately it is not terribly useful so I advise consult with a feee surgeons to learn about it.
