Symmastia or not? (Photo)

Question

I had breast implant about 2 years ago, 250 silicon sub-muscular. Recently I realise that 2 breasts look very close. Is there any posibility it is symmastia. I'm very worried. Please advise me.

You do not appear to have synmastia (or uniboob) based on your pictures. Your implants are close together however they are not communicating. The illusion of your breasts being too close together can be due to a large base implant or a narrow sternum that does not give your natural breasts much separation. The short answer is NO, you do not have synmastia.Synmastia, also called uniboobs or bread loafing or sometimes referred to as symmastia, is a post operative problem in which the two breast implants are too close to each other. Your picture shows a narrow but discrete separation between your two breasts, and therefore between your two breast implants.  This is by definition not synmastia.

Hello, based on the photos provided there appears to be a definite space between your breasts where the skin is still adherent to the chest bone (sternum).  If this is the case you do not have synmastia.

From the photos you have shown, you do NOT appear to have synmastia.  Synmastia is when the breasts actually meet in the midline.  You appear to have a well defined cleavage (albeit it quite close together).  The position is unlikely too change.  If the shape/position is not bothering you, then you have nothing to worry about.

Synmastia refers to there being no separation between the breasts across the midline.  This can be congenital (you were born with it) or due to surgery including breast augmentation.  From the pictures you posted, there appears to be a discreet separation between your breasts.  It does not appear that you have synmastia.
