What would be the best non surgical procedure dealing with platysma band and neck lines 1.5 months post Ultherapy.

Dear 30chuchu (Singapore, SG),Thank you for your question. Ultherapy works synergistically with both fillers and botox injections. Botoluninum toxin injections (Botox or Dysport or Xeomin) are neuromodulators that can cause weakening of the muscle contraction hence softening the neck banks. This can help to improve the platysma bands and neck lines. Botox injections to the platysma bands usually last 4-6 months and repeated injections are needed to maintain the same results. Occasionally, you may require fillers or fat grafts to rejuvenate the neck and fill up the neck lines. I hope this answers your question.
