Can Infini and Secret RF reduce skin oiliness permanently?

Question

Im 37yrs old with ridiculously oily skin since puberty but my acne had stabled since my early twenties. I’ve large pores and blackheads too. Did hormonal test but found normal result - no hormone inbalance in blood. I’d tried many things to reduce oiliness including Accutane, Spironolactone, contraceptives, skin lasers etc. None helped. Can Infini and Secret RF reduce skin oiliness permanently by destroying sebaceous glands? Heard that Agnes Acne Treatment will not work on my entire oily face.

There have been some studies that have shown radiofrequency microneedling is able to reduce skin oiliness, but is not permanent.  I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist who can help provide an appropriate treatment and skincare regimen to help manage the oiliness.  In some cases, oiliness can't be controlled, but it can be managed.  best of luck.

Studies  have shown that microneedle radiofrequency is effective at reducing oiliness. The decrease in sebum lasted for 8 weeks and is not permanent.Jeff Rapaport MD FAADRealself All-star

There is no way to reduce sebum production permanently. RFM will reduce sebum by partially destroying the sebaceous glands. These glands grow back however. Agnes will work as well. Accutane will work as well and some report long term improvements.
