Thanks for you question. With laser or chemical resurfacing the deeper the treatment in general the more significant the result. Clear and Brilliant is really a low level maintenance treatment. Recovery time is very quick but the results would be quite subtle. Consider a more substantial treatment like Micro needling , fractionated laser (Halo or others ) or full field resurfacing with erbium or CO2.Good luck!
Clear and brilliant may not be adequate for fine lines. A more substantial laser such as the Fraxel may be needed. Infini RF and Profound are microneedle radio frequency devices that should improve fine lines in a 29 year old female. Good luck.Jeff Rapaport MDRealself All-star
Hi there-- Clear & Brilliant is a very low-powered laser that is great if you don't need any results-- but you're just trying to maintain already youthful skin (ie it doesn't do much). I agree with Infini RF -- or the new version is Genius which is even more effective with much less pain-- and a stronger non-ablative fractional laser like LaseMD, Fraxel or Halo. That combo should produce great results. In my practice we combine Genius and LaseMD in the same session. You might need 2-3 sessions 4-6 weeks apart, and give it a good 8-12 months for its full effect.

In my opinion, there are multiple treatments that should improve your acne scars. Either fractional CO2 or infini should be beneficial. My suggestion would be to do a combination of both at one session. You may want to pre-treat the pits and narrow boxcars with TCA cross. Find a scar expert. ...
First off, the impedance of fat is very high, which means that it has very high resistance. That means it takes a lot of energy to heat up the fat to the point that it dies. Take a look at laser lipolysis. It takes time to melt the fat, and with Infini, we are at 300-400 msecs. Also, the heating...
