Flying with Nose Fillers: Will the pressure in the cabin and high altitude adversely affect my nose fillers in any way?

Fillers should not be affected by air pressure or high altitude. Furthermore you had the procedure done two months ago. I would not worry too much about your nosevfillers being  affected.

No need to worry, the cabin pressure or high altitude during a flight has no effect on fillers injected in the nose or face. You will be fine. Have a good trip.
