I am turnimg 29. Since birth, my nipples have been distinctly unaligned. Right nipple is approx 1cm lower. Don't think this is a case of gynecomastia as I am quite skinny and do not have excess fat at my chest area. Probably just a birth defect. Was wondering if there is any procedure to 'reposition' the nipple to make them aligned.

There is nothing wrong with you. However, the nipples can be trimmed down if you wish. This is done in the office under local, also if you wish. Please go visit with a plastic surgeon.
