My vermilion border is basically non defined. I'm not sure if there is any procedure for my case and what is it called. Could someone assist on this pls thanks!

No injectables, no lip lift, no problem. It sounds like you may be a candidate for fat grafting to your lips for more volume. It's a permanent solution, whereas fillers typically last 6 months, and it wouldn't change your philtrum distance.
