Latisse is causing my eyelashes on my right eye to fall out ! Any suggestions?

I've been using Latisse since November and I used to have long beautiful eyelashes but I just wanted them fuller so I bought Latisse and I notice on my left eye everything looks fine but my right eye had been loosing eyelashes so bad that I have a sparse area I've never had before . Please I don't know if I should stop Latisse or what I don't have money for dermatologist will they grow back?

In most instances latisse works well to increase hair growth and thickness, but it can in some instances (very rare) cause a short term telogen effluvium in which the hairs fall out and grow back.  you still should be evaluated for other conditions of eye lash hair loss such as alopecia areata and hypothyroidism. Thank you for your question. If you are experiencing negative reactions to the product such as lash loss I would recommend discontinuing the use of the product. Your lashes should grow back as they were prior to the use of the Latisse as the results only last while you are using it.
