In the first 2 pictures, what is the emphasized shadow/line from the eye to the end of the nose? I currently have a side profile that look like the 2 girls in the photos considering I'm Asian. Is it flat cheek or does it have to do with the midface? What possible procedures can I do to make from looking like the first 2 photos to the last photo where the connection from the nose to the cheek is seamless and smooth with no line/fat shadow?

Hope you will find this insightful.  The area of concern that you are talking about is your anterior cheek. There are many reasons this area is flat, as we age we begin to lose the deep fat pads that help support the cheek. This area of the cheek actually helps not only give the beautiful contoured cheek, it helps give support to the undereye as well. I would start with using  HA fillers to augment this area.  HA fillers can last anywhere from 6months to two years, It really depends on how much correction is done and which product is used. If you are looking for longer lasting results I would suggest looking into fat transfer to this area.   Hope this helps!
