Hope you will find this insightful. The area of concern that you are talking about is your anterior cheek. There are many reasons this area is flat, as we age we begin to lose the deep fat pads that help support the cheek. This area of the cheek actually helps not only give the beautiful contoured cheek, it helps give support to the undereye as well. I would start with using HA fillers to augment this area. HA fillers can last anywhere from 6months to two years, It really depends on how much correction is done and which product is used.
