Please What is the Difference Between a Shelf and Projection Butt?

  These are not technical terms but a projection butt may refer to a Brazilian buttlift in which much of the fat is placed centrally to improve projection.  A shelf buttock may refer to the type of buttock onto which that you can place a book or a drink, like a shelf.  To be honest though, I am not sure one way or another.  If you are interested in whatever buttlift you would like, find the plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA
