   In general, that would be exceedingly low for Brazilian buttlift when anesthesia and OR costs are considered.  You would also want to know how much fat is suctioned and transferred as you do not want to do the surgery again.  In addition, I would not recommend local as most patients cannot tolerate even the liposuction of 5 liters.  The injection of the fat into the buttock at the amount of 1200 cc or so would not be tolerated.  It may cost a little more, but find the plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles
