MANY OF THE PLASTIC SURGEONS ON REAL SELF ADVISED "against" using foam under the compression garments TO PREVENT BURNS ON THE SKIN (immediately after surgery-- LIPO/BBL) ***HELP, IS THERE ANY BETTER ALTERNATIVES? I don't know if wearing long t-shirts under the garment, or some sort of soft unitard sleepwear under the compression garment to prevent burns is a better alternative? (a breathable material) or are the foam wraps in the above picture an improvement from the foam blocks? help
