Thank you for your question, first, I would recommend an in-office consult with a professional to determine which laser treatment would be the best fit for you. Diode lasers are good for laser hair removal, they treat large areas in a small amount of time with very little pain. On the other hand, the Candela GentleMax is a more versatile laser, it has two wavelengths and can be used for a wide range of skin issues. Hope this was helpful. Best, Dr. Emer
Great question. I have used the GentleMax for years and consider it to be the best hair removal laser in the business. Hope this helps! Dr. Sawyer
Hello, thank you for your question. You do not indicate what it is that you are hoping to treat, I am assuming that you are interested in laser hair reduction. Both of these laser have multiple platforms and can treat several different conditions. If you are looking for the best device for laser hair reduction, I would recommend the Gentle Max Pro, it has 2 different wavelengths safe to treat all skin types and has more energy than the Elos Plus laser.
You should have laser hair removal. Most hair removal lasers (I use the Light Sheer Duet- a diode laser) will not only remove hair but they treat ingrown hairs. Expect to be improved within the year.

Thank you for your question ,It is not recommended to take antibiotics while participating in laser hair removal. Some antibiotics can cause sensativity which can affect your laser treatment.
Good afternoon and thank you for your question! I would recommend waiting at least two weeks after any sort of chemical peel to resume laser hair removal treatments. Since your skin is flaking it would be much more sensitive to the laser energy. Best of luck! For more information, please feel...
