i have a deviated septum on the left part of my nose and which makes my tip look different on both sides of my face on the right it does a hook and on the left it doesnt will septoplasty help this?

A deviated septum may or may not contribute to a droopy nose. Correcting this may be as simple as a rhinoplasty. But it may also require a rhinoplasty. See a nasal expert to evaluate you.

You need to go and see the doctor that did your surgery. I am not sure how you know your septum is bowing. I am not sure what sensation you might have that makes you so certain of a bow. You need to go and see your doctor and see what is real and what is not...
While it's normal to have some anxiety after surgery, you seem to be having an excessive amount. Do whatever you need to in order to stop touching your nose, because manipulating it is only going to cause harm to it. Follow up with your surgeon, and he/she may recommend some...
