Hi, no matter how much weight i loose i still have kind of chubby and flat cheeks. I would like more forward projection och less wideness, what options do i have? Liposuction along the jawline? Botox in masseter? Cheek augumentation?

Hi yes, this is a very common complaints in asian patients. I have a lot of experience treating such contouring. You need to do zygoma reduction to address the cheekbone. You might also want to consider botox the masseter muscle and jawline contouring if you want a more egg face appearance...
Yes it could potentially be a result of the cheekbone reduction. Some soft tissue procedures might be needed to address it---i would wait a full year first.
Often lateral projection reduction is a mistake, but when indicated, anterior projection can be valuable. I do both frequently (When indicated) and find that osteotomy is usually not necessary as the bone can be reduced.
