Hyaluronidase injection to remove nose filler. The exterior is not swollen or red, it just feels like pressure. Is this normal?

Thank you for your question.  It is difficult to make an exact diagnosis or recommendations without assessing you in-person, or reviewing your photos.  That said, it's not uncommon to experience mild swelling after hyaluronidase injections, particularly around the nose.  This swelling can last 1-2 weeks.  I would recommend following-up with your injector if you have any concerns.  Best of luck!   

This is difficult to assess via this forum.  Immediately following this or any other injection you may feel, and may have, swelling.  That will typically dissipate over a few hours or days.  You can also have some bleeding which may take a lot longer to resolve and may, occasionally, require intervention.  In view of that you should be assessed in person by a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full and appropriate evaluation and treatment plans.  I hope that this helps and good luck, Dr. Alan Engler, Member of #RealSelf500
