I keep yoyo dieting after having my 4th child and entering my 40's. I currently need to shed around 2stone to feel comfortable. This is not about achieving an 'instagram body', but rather to return myself to the pre-pregnancy weight I've lived most of my life at. Im under the 30BMI figure needed for an NHS doctor to prescribe. But I'm happy to source this privately and fund myself. Is this available privately for a BMI of 26?
