Can Ultherapy remove unwanted facial fat transfer?

Hi Doctors, I had fat transfer to face 6 months ago. Now my face is bloated and lumpy. It changed the shape of my face. I want to remove the transferred fat from cheek, lower cheek and temple. The doctor said that fat were put to above SMAS layer, on SMAS layer and under SMAS layer. Since Ultherapy advertised that it can reach SMAS layer with 4.5mm transducer. Can it be used to reduce unwanted fat there? Thank you!

This is a great question. The Ultherapy treatment does not remove unwanted facial fat. This treatment stimulates collagen and elasticity. If you want facial fat removed, I would recommend Facetite with liposuction. This treatment will remove all unwanted fat as well as tightening the skin by simulating collagen and elasticity. This treatment is minimally invasive. Good luck!
