Can I make my nose more symmetrical with Rhinoplasty? (Photos)

So I really like the shape of my nose, but I can't help but feel like the right side of my nose/nostril is a bit lower than the left side of my nose/nostril. Along with the fact that at a 75 degree angle, the right side of my nose is a lot less smooth than the right side of my nose. I wouldn't want to change the shape of my nose itself, I would just want to make my nose more symmetrical. Would that be possible with rhinoplasty?

I recommend you drink plenty of water before and after your surgery. Drinking lots of water will help your body to function better, helping with the recovery process. Most sodas including PepsiMax contain caffeine which may be mildly dehydrating. Good luck.
