Am I a good candidate for a lip lift and rhinoplasty?

I'm curious whether I'd be a candidate for a lip lift to correct the asymmetry and enhance the size of my upper lip? I'm also wondering whether it'd make sense to combine this procedure with a rhinoplasty to reduce the width of my nose base proportionate to the rest of my face?

For my opinion, you are good candidate for rhinoplasty. But i don’t t recommend you to do lip lifting. Because, in lip- lift surgery the philltrum height must be at least 12 mm. So your philtrum lenght is like 14-15. So, it doesn’t worth to have that scar.

In our practice, we do not recommend a lip lift procedure due to very poor scarring we have seen with this operation performed elsewhere. A full set of facial photographs from all angles are required to make a determination what needs to be performed on your nose for a rhinoplasty procedure. A closed rhinoplasty approached can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, straightening the nose, and  accomplishing refinement of the tip and the bridge line. You also appeared have some degree of facial asymmetry, so your nose will not be a perfectly straight
