How to improve side profile? Genetically saggy cheeks (Photo)

I'm 26F. I gained some weight over the past few years (currently 160lbs) but have always had large cheeks. I'm looking for suggestions on how to improve my side profile and genetically saggy cheeks. Chin implant, cheek lift, jaw surgery, cheek liposuction?

You have some options. If you are trying to stay minimal, buccal fat removal with jawline lipo would improve some of the cheek fullness and jowling. I think you would greatly benefit from a genioplasty. Your chin is short, and by bringing it forward and down, we would create more balance in your profile, while elongating your jawline and reducing the jowling. We may consider buccal fat or jawline lipo with that, but that is something we would have see after the genioplasty. With only profile photos to go by, I would recommend a chin implant or genioplasty and jawline liposuction. This will give you a balanced lower face and make your face look thin from the front. It will also improve your profile appearance.

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Most of my younger clients use fillers to give them shaping especially on the cheeks, jawline, and chin which make the face look more slim and tight; and threads such as PDO or Instalift can build collagen and support the facial shaping and skin looseness over time, slowing down the aging process and given the face a more “snatched” look; and morpheus8 or PiXel8 deep microneedling RF can tighten crepe skin especially on the neck and jawline and is great for long term tightening of the full face, neck and chest; its often used to give the face a slimmer more sculpted look because it tightens the skin and gives lift. an early face lift can be performed as well even in younger clients if they want a different facial shape, maxillofacial surgery with bone breaking or shaving can also be done. For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Whoa!!! Before contemplating expensive, invasive surgeries, implants, liposuction, and significant postoperative downtime, ete. you might be surprised to learn that all of the issues you cited in your question can be addressed NONSURGICALLY & NON-INVASIVELY-- in the hands of an experienced injector-- with appropriately selected and properly injected HA fillers. For example, a robust volumizing filler injected along the jawline can straighten and define the jawline and treat the jowls. A lifting HA filler can provide the necessary chin projection to improve the profile, and harmonize the projections of the chin, lips and nose. The profile photograph demonstrate early jowls, fat deposits above and below the platysma muscle in the neck, and a recessive Chin. Consider a neck lift procedure in combination with a chin implant. The neck lift involves removal of fat above the model with liposuction, and surgical extraction of the fat below the muscle which also includes a platysma-plasty to significantly improve the jawline. No skin removal is necessary. Placement of a chin implant can augment your chin forward which also offers additional structural support for the soft tissues in the neck, and gives you better facial balance and proportions. Before undergoing the necklift, you should be your ideal body weight for best results.
