I had submalar/malar implant inserted years ago to rescue the damaging cheek from previous blotched procedure. However with the implants they only lifted 50% of the drooping cheek and I now still have jowl around corner of my mouth + deep nasolabial fold. Has any surgeons had any success to work with patients w submalar/malar implants inserted to perform a mid cheek lift to lift up the jowl around corner of mouth?

I have found the sub periosteal mid-facelift and lower blepharoplasty allows for the cheek to be lifted up correcting the lower eyelid flatness. A full examination is needed to give you a more comprehensive recommendation for your concerns.
Nasolabial folds are normal as we age. The flatness below your eyes in the medial area of your cheek can be improved with cheek implants rather than a cheek lift. A lot depends on the look that you are trying to achieve.
