Exposed teeth and lip lift. Should I be worried about the procedure exposing my teeth even more?

I have some distance from my nose to mouth and I want to get lip lift. However my front teeth are pretty exposed as is and I dont know if getting the procedure will make the teeth expose even more. Is that something I should worry about?
