Can Doxycycline Injections be used to treat under eye bags?

Hello, I understand that doxycycline injections are used as a sclerosing agent for festoons on the cheeks, but can they also be used for the pillow-like circles directly under the eyes?

Generally speaking, dermal fillers are not recommended at sites of prior invasive surgery especially in high risk areas with a variable blood supply. This is because the surgery can affect the normal vascular anatomy making the risk of vascular occlusion and its requisite complications higher.
