Sunken eyes and nose bridge indent - What can I do to achieve a more awake and feminine look? (photos)

Question

I want to adjust the area around my eyes. I have deep tear troughs, but there is also hollowing/indentation from my orbitals that goes into the sides of my nasal bridge, making it look thinner at the top. I think it makes my eyes look closer together. My eyelids also wrinkle up. I want to see what I can do to look more awake and less masculine? (I promise I get 8 hours of sleep per night)

Fillers like Belotero, Volbella, and Restylane Silk are good for improving under the eyes, but keep in mind that a combination approach will give the most improvement. My patients try to get non-surgical treatments to avoid surgery, so we use fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP and stem cells. The most natural and practically permanent correction for hollowness around the eyes is with the use of the patience on fat. When fat grafting is done by plastic surgeon with lots of experience in fat grafting techniques, the results should be absolutely nothing short of amazing.
