Hi , I would like to know about all surgical or none surgical alternatives to tear through fillers for hollow eyes? Does LED laser work? Does mesolift work? Does face gym work ? All alternatives are welcome. I would like to keep tear through for fillers when I am 30. I am looking forward to hearing from you too, Best wishes
Answer: Rf microneedling: things you should know Thank you for your question. Since you aren’t interested in dermal fillers at this time, RF microneedling is another option to consider for treating the skin around the eyes. This treatment uses radiofrequency energy to increase the body’s natural collagen production and restore the skin’s elasticity for a smooth result that can last years for some patients. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon injector. They will be able to conduct a thorough physical examination and determine which approach will help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Answer: Tear trough concerns Fillers are commonly used for the tear trough area to provide volume and smooth facial contours. You can also consider Morpheus8 treatments which combine RF technology with microneedling. An evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended to see what is best in your situation.

Answer: Improving Under Eye / Tear Trough with Injectable Fillers (Belotero, Volbella, Restylane Silk) -- add Lasers, Microneedling/PRP Fillers like Belotero, Volbella, and Restylane Silk are good for improving under the eyes, but keep in mind that a combination approach will give the most improvement. My patients try to get non-surgical treatments to avoid surgery, so we use fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP and stem cells. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for you. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Best treatment for treating a tear trough There’s so much material available online that frequently people assume that what they have is a tear trough. In order to determine if you have a tear trough, you should submit a set of photographs or have a consultation with a plastic surgeon. In my opinion, a true tear trough deformity should be treated with fat grafting, which in my hands produces natural and practically permanent results. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.

Answer: Options for Tear Troughs There are only 2 real options to treat tear troughs. If you have excess skin or the correct anatomy, they can be treated with either an external or trans-conjunctival Blepharoplasty. I use these for only very specific problems. By far, the best treatment is replacing the lost volume or filling the congenital depression. Unfortunately, the majority of injectors do this wrong. It requires a heavy filler, like Juvederm Voluma, placed below the orbital ligament directly on the bone or muscle. If done this way, it is safe with minimal to no problems and very effective. Be careful who you see.
