Thank you for submitting your question and photos. Since dermal fillers didn’t deliver the longer-lasting results you were looking for, you may want to consider RF microneedling treatments to effectively tighten and contour sagging skin.

If you liked the filler result but would like the results to last a bit longer you can consider Sculptra. This product is not an HA filler and works to build collagen in the treated areas. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful. Another nonsurgical option is Morpheus8. These treatments help to improve overall skin tone and texture. They do not add volume though.
