In February 2022, I recieved facial fillers to help lift my aging 47-year old face and was delighted with the results. Unfortunately, the result did not last as long as I had hoped they would. It has been 9 months since i received 1 vial of Jeauveau, 1 vial of Teoxane RHA 2 and 2 vials of Teoxane RHA 3 in all sagging areas of my face and feel that my face looks just as it did before I recieved the injections. I’d appreciate any recommendations for longer lasting results.
Answer: How you may benefit from RF microneedling Thank you for submitting your question and photos. Since dermal fillers didn’t deliver the longer-lasting results you were looking for, you may want to consider RF microneedling treatments to effectively tighten and contour sagging skin. In this procedure, hair-thin needles create micro-channels in the dermal layers to stimulate a wound-healing response. Radiofrequency energy travels through the needles to encourage your body’s elastin and collagen production. As the skin heals itself, it grows tighter, firmer, and smoother over the course of several months, with the final results lasting for years in some cases. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your concerns and suggest the best course of action.

Answer: Results If you liked the filler result but would like the results to last a bit longer you can consider Sculptra. This product is not an HA filler and works to build collagen in the treated areas. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful. Another nonsurgical option is Morpheus8. These treatments help to improve overall skin tone and texture. They do not add volume though.
