Hi,
To be sure that the dimpling and cracking down of skin is side effect of Profound, we should look at a bunch of Before/After pictures. By the way, based on your posted pictures, to improve the skin in cheek area you can try filler. Skinvive is a soft filler from Juvederm family, if is injected not deep into the area, it will improve the creepiness of skin and also you may get a medium softness filler like juvederm ultra in a deeper level to fix the deep dimpling.

Sorry for the delay in seeing your request, I hope that by now your concerns have resolved. It appears that you had Profound RF relatively soon before the photos. We have found that patients improve over time, and continue to improve over 9 months. I am not aware of any permanent skin damage from Profound RF. I would treat you with Retin-A for a few months. I often combine Profound RF treatments with PRP and a light fractionated laser treatment to improve tone, texture, and healing of the skin. I hope that by now you are well healed and do not need any follow up. Good luck and be well.
