Skin damage from dermatillomania - please help me determine what work I need done? (Photos)

I unfortunately developed dermatillomania as an adolescent and have done considerable damage to my skin, causing it to sag prematurely. I think I was also genetically predisposed to deep smile lines, eye bags, and perhaps early jowling/ unevenness of jaw. Please advise me, I am so depressed. I understand loss of volume is a factor too here.

Hello! A cobra deformity occurs when the platysma isn't addressed correctly in addition to improper tension during closure. This can lead to banding and odd appearance of the neck. If done properly, the neck shouldn't appear wider. It should be refined with improvement especially on profile view...

I agree a revision would help. It appears the platysmaplasty was a bit aggressive and too tight. It can be redone but would require a second facelift

A small acoustic neuroma will require ongoing observation to determine if surgery is ever required. However, it should have no bearing on planning for a facelift. It should be included as part of the discussion of your medical history, but will not change the approach to the procedure.
