Would 3 treatments of Infini full face and neck help with my sagging skin and neck or should I consider something else? (Photos)

There are many options to help rejuvenate your aging face. At 48, you are begining to show the signs of facial aging- the appearance of jowls, the atrophy around the eyes with a tear trough deformity and mild eyelid bags.  The neck is falling with excess skin. You have to decide whether you want surgery or a non invasive technique. You can achieve temporary but a nice improvement using fillers for the tear trough and jowl area. The neck can be tightened using infini, but the results are not as good as a neck lift. I have done many treatments using the infini, and have been very pleased with the results.

In my opinion infini will help most of your problems, but will not correct everything. It's great for the lower neck, jowls and fat under your chin.  It will partially lift the hollows under your eyes. It will not remove the bands in your neck. Botox May improve the bands in the neck. Should these bands be a  big concern, a lower face lift is the solution. Find an expert in Infini.

Sagging of the lower face is usually caused from loss of volume of the mid-face. Temporary long term fillers such as radiesse, voluma or sculptra can help this. INFINI will help with definition of jawline and upper neck area. It is quite effective with reduction of fat of the submental area and helps tighten the skin at the same time. I would still recommend Cool mini treatments to this area or Kybella for more fat reduction and definition. Botox will help smooth the bands on the mid-neck.

Hi there-- Infini is by far the best skin tightening device out there right now. It will help with most of your issues. It is great to lift the skin of the lower face & jowls, neck and under the eyes. The bump between your eyes is not visible in the pictures, so would have to be addressed in a consultation. Usually Botox is used to smooth out the vertical lines in this area. The results from Infini keep getting better for about 4-6 months after your last treatment-- I would recommend a series of 3, and then wait 3-4 months are see where you are. You can consider other modalities at that time.

I believe that the neck and jawline problems you are concerned with will be improved with Infini. I would make sure that a filler is used in the eye area and that your face is volumized for optimal results. Often the sagging found in this area is related to midface volume loss. Submental fat is treatable with the Infini, but it might also require Kybella or Coolmini for better results.
