I am 48 years old and am starting to show signs of aging. I have hollows under my eyes, sagging jowls, a crepey neck and neck bands. I have fat under the chin and neck area and am losing definition in the jaw line. I also have this bump between my eyes. Botox has smoothed it out a bit in the past, but it's still noticeable. There are so many options out there, I don't know what would be best for me. Hoping a doctor can chime in with an opinion with what may work. Thanking you all in advance.

Answer: Infini for Aging face; ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS NJ In my opinion infini will help most of your problems, but will not correct everything. It's great for the lower neck, jowls and fat under your chin. It will partially lift the hollows under your eyes. It will not remove the bands in your neck. Botox May improve the bands in the neck. Should these bands be a big concern, a lower face lift is the solution. Find an expert in Infini.

At 48, you are begining to show the signs of facial aging- the appearance of jowls, the atrophy around the eyes with a tear trough deformity and mild eyelid bags. The neck is falling with excess skin. You have to decide whether you want surgery or a non invasive technique. You can achieve temporary but a nice improvement using fillers for the tear trough and jowl area. The neck can be tightened using infini, but the results are not as good as a neck lift. I have done many treatments using the infini, and have been very pleased with the results.

Temporary long term fillers such as radiesse, voluma or sculptra can help this. INFINI will help with definition of jawline and upper neck area. It is quite effective with reduction of fat of the submental area and helps tighten the skin at the same time. I would still recommend Cool mini treatments to this area or Kybella for more fat reduction and definition. Botox will help smooth the bands on the mid-neck.

It is great to lift the skin of the lower face & jowls, neck and under the eyes. The bump between your eyes is not visible in the pictures, so would have to be addressed in a consultation. Usually Botox is used to smooth out the vertical lines in this area. The results from Infini keep getting better for about 4-6 months after your last treatment-- I would recommend a series of 3, and then wait 3-4 months are see where you are. You can consider other modalities at that time.
