Tiny red spot on my left breast, 1 year post breast augmentation, should I be concerned? (Photo)

I have a tiny flat red spot that I just noticed on my left breast, my breast augmentation was transaxillary 405cc, 1 year ago. Should I be concerned? It doesn't feel sensitive or painful.
