What is the quickest way for me to get desired results from laser lipo? -What is the best diet (low fat/high fat low carb). I've heard some debate, what will give me quicker results? -What is the best exercise regimine to stick to after the procedure? I have heard not to run or do any aerobic activity for at least 2 weeks after the procedure, and that lifting weights is better. I have also heard that I should work out after the procedure. What will give me quick results that will stick?
Answer: Pre/postoperative protocol Dear Wastedaddiction, every plastic surgeon has his own pre/postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. Answer: Exercise After Lipo/SculpSure Laser liposuction is a minimally invasive procedure that requires a few days of downtime, during which you should be wearing a compression garment and following post-op care instructions provided by your surgeon (which may include restrictions on working out or lifting weights).A non-invasive procedure to reduce fat in a targeted area that uses lasers, such as SculpSure, does not have diet or exercise limitations so you can resume your normal activities immediately following a treatment. Maintaining a balanced diet and exercising regularly will help to prolong and support the results of both procedures and is always recommended.

Answer: Liposuction Candidate - VASER HI DEF Lipo, ThermiRF/J Plasma/Renuvion/Inmode BodyTite skin tightening, fat grafting for buttock You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring. Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radiofrequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. This is known as a brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra. If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty). Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting. Answer: Non-Invasive Laser Lipo is SculpSure There is only one device that is laser-based that has been proven to reduce the number of fat cells in the treated area, and that's SculpSure. Unfortunately, I see patients scammed by these salon and spa services quite frequently that proclaim to be laser lipo but are unsafe and don't work. Please do your research and seek out a cosmetic medical practice where real, proven technology is being used. That having been said, I'm going to assume you're talking about SculpSure here. If that's the case, the best way to see results is to eat healthfully (a balanced diet without too much sugar - complex carbs are okay and so is fruit - but watch out for juices, smoothies, ice cream, processed foods, etc.) and to workout regularly. Particularly cardio can be helpful after SculpSure because it gets blood flowing and clearing out the dead fat cells faster.
