Roughness, peeling, and whiteheads after laser and micro needling treatment. Is this normal healing process?

I recommend following up with your Doctor about after care and skin care recommendations. We are very careful about the products that are comedogenic that we use post procedure. I would make sure that your acne is controlled prior to micro-needling.  We provide laser facials to control acne as well, we have an aesthetician to improve skin texture and help with break outs. I would go back to your physician and see if they can help improve the condition and get the acne and inflammation controlled.
