Is Vivace a good option for loose skin tightening post-liposuction?

I had liposuction on my hips, flanks and abdomen 6 weeks ago with excellent results. However, there are areas I'd like to be tighter due to my weight-loss caused skin laxity (mainly flanks and upper abdomen). My surgeon recommended Vivace for tightening, but I can't find any reviews or pictures of results from using Vivace to tighten body skin. Is Vivace a good option? What other options are there for skin tightening?

While you can try Vivace microneedling to tighten skin after lipo, I'm not sure it will tighten things enough for you to notice a big difference.  Considering that it's fairly expensive I would look at other options like devices that use radiofrequency specifically for skin tightening.

We have seen good results with Vivace tightening the stomach post-partum and improving the look of stretch marks and tightening the skin in the hips and stomach.  Depending on how much laxity I would discuss with your physician whether you need tightening with RF or surgical skin removal.  I do not see pictures.  We have seen good results with the Vivace to tighten the skin up in moderate conditions
