What are options to lighten private areas? Ethnic skin

options for lightening the private areas the whole vaginal region and inside the buttocks. We all know that pornstars lighten but what procedures are they using to do so? BTW I have ethnic skin I have seen ethnic very dark pornstars lighten to the point of being Barbie pink that's not the results im going for but im saying I know its possible but im not finding any info on it other than generic creams

All types of HQ work the same if you have constant use.  I personally like combining HQ treatments with other lightening creams that not only stop the product of pigment but work to remove pigment and prevent any further pigmentation.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Another option you can consider is IPL therapy. This is a light based therapy that can be very effective. That can reduce brown pigments, red pigments and reduce active acne. It may be useful to look into this. I recently wrote a large editorial discussing many aspects of this treatment....
