Does Kybella with Ultherapy improve the final results?

The swelling that Kybella causes can interfere with Ultherapy, so it is best to let that swelling subside before proceeding.

If Ultherapy is performed first, Kybella can be performed immediately after.

Kybella and Ultherapy can potentially lead to improved results due to fat reduction combined with tightening.  However, the swelling from kybella can lead to less effect or potentially unwanted effects from the ultherapy.  It is advisable to wait until the swelling from the kybella mostly subsides prior to having any skin tightening procedures in the same area.  If ultherapy is done first, kylbella can be done shortly afterwards.
