First, I really dislike how they feel, hard and with little give from the head on direction, and they seem loose in their pockets, so they squish around in a way that is uncomfortable to me. The other problem is that I do not like how they look, they aren't close together enough and stick out too much. My question is whether getting them redone with a different profile or a tear drop shape and a different placement would help? or would it probably be best to have them out and be done with it?
Answer: Unhappy with result Thanks for your posting. Choosing different implants and adjusting the pocket might change the appearance but it is difficult to predict whether you will still have unpleasant sensations. Your best source of advice is your plastic surgeon since they are aware of your preoperative appearance and can do a proper examination.

Answer: Implants over the muscle Are your implants over the muscle? they seem to be very visible and very round. they seem to me like over the muscle overfilled saline implants. If that is the case, going under the muscle, and less overfilled implants may be ideal. Or perhaps using a shaped implant. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your options

Answer: 3 months post op Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. It appears that your implants are placed over the muscle and if so, because you are thin, you would have achieved a more natural looking upper pole with sub pectoral placement. The round, constricted look may be due to some degree of contracture and you will need an exam with your Plastic Surgeon to rule this out. Aside from that, a lower profile, smaller implant placed under the muscle could improve the look of your breasts. After discussing your concerns with your Plastic Surgeon, I recommend that you consider waiting 6 months to ensure that you are fully healed and settled, then consider options for improvement. All the best

Answer: Capsular contracture Looking at your pictures, you seem to have quite severe capsular contracture. This can be treated with replacement of the implants and full capsulectomy. If your implants are in subglandular position, as it would appear, it may be worth moving them in submuscular pockets. You should contact your surgeon for an examination and to discuss your options.

Answer: What Can be Done 3 Months After a Breast Augmentation? I am sorry that you are having this problem. Your breasts certainly appear round and it is fairly obvious that you have implants in which I doubt is your goal. Without examining you it is hard to say that you have capsule contractures but when you say that they are hard and your photos showing such a round breast it is very likely that you have a degree of contracture. A gummy bear or highly cohesive shaped breast implant that is textured should help give you a much better shape as well as a softer feeling implant as the capsule contracture rate for those implants is very low. You do not say what type of implants you have in but if they are smooth silicone implants the textured, shaped gummy bear implants would definitely be an upgrade for you. Make sure you see a surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I have added a video that talks about shaped gummy bear implants for you. I hope that helps. Best regards.
